- We ship worldwide. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday and generally within 24 hours of placing your order when paying by credit card. Orders paid for by money order are shipped upon receipt of payment.

- Your privacy is important to us. We only collect personal information as needed to process orders or provide services to you, such as contact and shipping information. This information is never rented or sold to third parties. Your credit card information is not stored by us. All credit card processing is safely handled by Paypal.
- Returns & Replacements
- Shop with confidence. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly return your item. Contact us through the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page or call 1-888-874-6463 for return authorization. Buyer pays all return handling and shipping costs. If we make an error, we will refund all costs. No refunds for loss or damage on uninsured parcels or for slow delivery by carriers.

- You may place your order online or by phone.
To order online, simply find the item(s) you want and click the add to cart button. You will be able to enter your zipcode and estimate shipping costs. When finished selecting items, click the Proceed to Checkout button within your shopping cart. Follow the on screen instructions to enter your shipping and payment information. If paying by credit card, your order is processed immediately. If you choose money order as your form of payment, you will be given the address to send payment. Your order will be processed upon receipt of payment. When ordering online, you will also have the option of setting up an account. This will allow you to save your shipping information for future visits, view your order history, and manage your newsletter subscription.

- Payment & Pricing
- We accept payment by credit card, Paypal account or money orders in US currency. Your credit card statement or Paypal account will reflect a charge from FAC Enterprises which is the parent company of this website. Prices listed do not include tax or shipping and handling fees. These are calculated during the checkout process. Items shipped within the state of Virginia are applicable to sales tax as required by law.
- Viewing Orders
- If you create an account with us, you may view your order history. When placing an order with us, simply create an account instead of shopping as a guest. On your next visit, you will be able to log into your account and view your Recent Orders. This will give you the ability to place reorders as well.
- Updating Account Information
- To update your account information, simply log into your account. You will taken to the Account Dashboard. This is a summary of your most important account information, including Recent Orders, your general Contact Information, Newsletter status, default addresses, and Recent Reviews. If you click Edit for any of these options, you will be redirected to the corresponding tab of the more detailed My Account page where you can update any of this information.
